The owners are:

 Jo has been creating components for special projects since the early 80's, including passport and immigration services; graphics, forms, websites, video and photographic presentations for corporations and private industry. GIS and Spatial Analysis, Relational Database design and Grant proposal presentations for the U.S. Department of Agriculture
